The family owns and looks after Oxwich Beach and its adjacent Car Park.

The beach has been previously nominated the best beach in Britain and the best beach in the world by the Travel Magazine. It has won numerous clean beach awards over the years.

Parking is charged at a variable daily rate depending on the time of year and the car park has direct access onto the beach.

Boat owners wishing to launch at Oxwich are also charged at a variable daily rate and must join the Oxwich Boat Club. IN MONTHS JUNE, JULY & AUGUST ALL BOATS AT OXWICH MUST BE MEMBERS OF OXWICH BOAT CLUB - NON MEMBERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

The Estate run two beach shops on Oxwich Car Park selling a range of hot & cold food and drinks, ice creams, cakes, beach toys and equipment.

The Beach House Restaurant is also on the edge of the beach front. They have won a number of awards including Swansea Bay Best Restaurant 2017, AA Restaurant of the Year in Wales 2018/2019, 3AA Rosettes and a Michelin Star. For more information go to www.beachhouseoxwich.co.uk

Dogs are allowed on Oxwich beach all year but must be kept on a lead and under control especially at busy times in the summer.
