This is a booking request form and does not guarantee your reservation is still available. You will be contacted regarding your request and asked to pay a one third deposit on a debit card to secure the reservation. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments by credit card. Bookings are only confirmed once the payment and the form are received.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit of 33% of the full tariff is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the tariff must be paid at least eight weeks before the start date. If your holiday begins less than eight weeks from the time of booking, the full tariff is payable on booking.
In the event of a cancellation less than eight weeks before a holiday begins, the whole tariff is payable unless the property is successfully re-let. With more than eight weeks notice the deposit would be forfeit unless we can relet the property. In the event of a cottage being rebooked a £25 administration fee will be charged and deducted form the final amount refunded.
Arrival and Departure
All holidays start and finish on a Friday (except by prior arrangement). Tenancies commence at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure.

The tenant agrees to the following conditions.
- To pay for any losses or damages to the property.
- To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
- To permit Penrice Castle Cottages representatives access to the property.
- Not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the party listed on the booking form.
- Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description.
Penrice Castle Cottages shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain out of or in respect of any letting.
We try to take every care to prepare our properties to a standard whereby our visitors will enjoy their holidays. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please let us know immediately. Every effort will then be made to assist you. It is frustrating for all parties if you tell us after your holiday about a problem that could have been solved had we been made aware of it during your stay.
