Penrice Castle Park, the setting of our marquee receptions, is one of the most beautiful wedding locations in Wales. The marquee overlooks the old Norman Penrice Castle and the sea. There are also lovely gardens and a lake which both make an ideal backdrop for wedding photographs. Weddings can be booked between April and September and we are currently taking bookings for 2012/2013/14. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a civil ceremony.
For smaller weddings, we offer marquee wedding receptions on Oxwich Beach car park previously voted the "Best Beach in Britain" by The Travel Magazine. Alternatively receptions for less than 50 people can be held at some of our cottage grounds in a marquee.
Marquee receptions in Penrice Park including a week at the Towers start from £1500 plus vat for the site. The rental of the marquee from one of four recommended marquee companies and the caterers etc are on not included in this cost. A deposit of one third of the cost of the site is payable on booking and the balance is then payable eight weeks before your wedding day.
The site rental cost includes the Towers for a week self catering and the use of the Park & Gardens at Penrice Castle for photography. All marquees and equipment are supplied only by one of the four marquee companies listed in our pack, who will all be happy to give you costings.
