Tom Eaton’s sleeps two people. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
A recently restored small eighteenth century cottage which had not been lived in for many years. This diminutive building has wonderful views over Oxwich Bay and is an ideal place for a romantic holiday for a couple.
Downstairs
The main room has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer. In the same room is a small dining table and a sitting room with television, log burning stove and electric radiators. Separate underground shower room with loo and wash hand basin. Washer drier in small anteroom.
Upstairs
King size double bed on mezzanine floor reached by wooden staircase.
There is no WIFI at Tom Eaton’s Cottage as there is no telephone but WIFI is available from outside the Estate Office on your own WIFI enabled device.
Bath and hand towels, tea towels and a kitchen hand towel are included in the cost.
Hampers
Our hampers are the perfect way to ensure that your holiday starts with a smile and takes away any added pressure. We have various hampers available from BBQ packs to home baked cakes, flowers, chocolates, champagne or a special celebratory cake.
Booking
To request a booking in this romantic cottage, please complete our booking form. We will then contact you to take a third of the total cost payment on a debit card over the phone. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
