An imposing large Farmhouse overlooking Penrice Park with a games room, a lawned enclosed garden and a listed Granary on staddle stones. A good holiday home for families who like plenty of space. Although separate, Back Field next door can be rented with the Farmhouse to cater for groups of up to 14 people. Approximately a mile and half to Oxwich Beach which can be reached by walking through Penrice Park.
Downstairs
There are two large sitting-rooms both with open fires and televisions and a DVD player. A separate dining room and a fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and very large refrigerator. Utility room with big chest freezer, clothes washing machine and separate tumble drier. Downstairs shower room lavatory and wash hand basin. There is a games room in one of the adjoining buildings with ping pong table and darts.
Upstairs
Accommodation for up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom. There are two double bedrooms both with king-size beds and two twin bedded rooms.
Free WIFI is available from the property.
Bath and hand towels, tea towels and a kitchen hand towel are included in the cost.

Our hampers are the perfect way to ensure that your holiday starts with a smile and takes away any added pressure. We have various hampers available from BBQ packs to home baked cakes, flowers, chocolates, champagne or a special celebratory cake.
Booking
To request a booking in one of our self catering cottages please complete our booking form. We will then contact you to take a third of the total cost payment on a debit card over the phone. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
