A lovely detached house set in Penrice Park with its own enclosed garden. This self catering holiday cottage was originally the Head Gardener’s house. The old walled kitchen gardens and pleasure gardens lie behind. Oxwich Beach is just over half a mile away along the marsh road.

Downstairs

There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and induction hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, large fridge freezer. The other end of the kitchen is a dining area with a big table and an open fire. The sitting room is pretty and comfortable with an open fire and SMART TV. There is also a hall with large dresser and downstairs shower room with shower, wash hand basin and lavatory.

Upstairs

The house has four double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 2 with twin beds, all with fitted wardrobes. Upstairs bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and lavatory.

Free WIFI is available from the property.

Bath and hand towels, tea towels and a kitchen hand towel are included in the cost.

Our hampers are the perfect way to ensure that your holiday starts with a smile and takes away any added pressure. We have various hampers available from BBQ packs to home baked cakes, flowers, chocolates, champagne or a special celebratory cake.

Booking

To request a booking in this large holiday cottage near Oxwich Bay, please complete our booking form. We will then contact you to take a third of the total cost payment on a debit card over the phone. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
