Estate Office Cottage

One storey two bedroom self catering cottage, overlooking Penrice Park and Oxwich Bay. Originally the Estate Office, it was the centre of all agricultural and commercial activity on the Estate. The tenants would come here to pay their rent. The cottage is suitable for all, particularly those with poor mobility, as it is all on one level and has wide doorways.

Downstairs

There is a large sitting-room with an open fire. The good sized bathroom (formerly the strong room) has a walk-in shower cubicle, bath, lavatory and wash hand basin.

There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a single 3ft 6 inch wide Adjustamatic bed. A small pull out bed can be requested for an additional young child in the single room. An access statement is available on request.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and very small chest deep freezer with a large conservatory leading from it.The enclosed garden has lawns and paving that surround the house.

WIFI access is available from this cottage.

Bath and hand towels, tea towels and a kitchen hand towel are included in the cost.

Hampers

Our hampers are the perfect way to ensure that your holiday starts with a smile and takes away any added pressure. We have various hampers available from BBQ packs to home baked cakes, flowers, chocolates, champagne or a special celebratory cake.

Booking

To request a booking in one of our self catering cottages please complete our booking form. We will then contact you to take a third of the total cost payment on a debit card over the phone. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
