Church Cottage

Church Cottage is the oldest of all the cottages. The village clockmaker used to live here. It has a lot of old fashioned charm and atmosphere with a lovely enclosed cottage garden overlooking the church and the village green.

Downstairs

There is a sitting-room with beamed ceiling and log burner and a dining room with an open fire and several pieces of antique furniture. The bathroom is downstairs and has a shower above the bath. The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher and a small eating area. There is a larder with fridge/freezer and a separate laundry cupboard with washer/drier.

Upstairs

There are two bedrooms, the yellow room with a king size bed, a wash hand basin and a fitted wardrobe, and a blue room with twin beds, both overlooking the pretty cottage garden to the front of the property.

FREE SUPERFAST FIBRE BROADBAND IS AVAILABLE AT THE COTTAGE.

Bath and hand towels, tea towels and a kitchen hand towel are included in the cost.

Hampers

Our hampers are the perfect way to ensure that your holiday starts with a smile and takes away any added pressure. We have various hampers available from BBQ packs to home baked cakes, flowers, chocolates, champagne or a special celebratory cake.

Booking

To request a booking in one of our self catering cottages please complete our booking form. We will then contact you to take a third of the total cost payment on a debit card over the phone. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
