Pitt Soggs Cottage is a recent conversion of an old building and lies on the edge of Penrice village. It has the appearance of a traditional Gower cottage on the outside but with a more modern interior. The very large enclosed lawned garden backs onto one of the Estate's woods, from which the cottage derives its name.
Downstairs
Entrance hall, large sitting room with log burner leads through to a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer drier. Larder fridge and separate freezer. Patio doors lead out to the garden and patio area.Shower room with lavatory and wash hand basin. Terracotta tiles and under-floor heating throughout downstairs.
Upstairs
Two pretty bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both with fitted oak wardrobes. Landing with airing cupboard and large bathroom with lavatory, wash hand basin and bath. Centrally heated with radiators upstairs.
To request a booking at one of our self catering holiday cottages please complete the booking form on this page underneath the calendar. We will then contact you to take a third of the total cost payment on a debit card over the phone. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date.
WIFI is available from outside the Estate Office on your own laptops.
