An imposing large Farmhouse overlooking Penrice Park with a games room, a lawned garden and a listed Granary on staddle stones. A good holiday home for families who like plenty of space. Although separate, Back Field next door can be rented with the Farmhouse to cater for groups of up to 14 people. Approximately a mile and half to Oxwich Beach which can be reached by walking through Penrice Park.
Downstairs
There are two large sitting-rooms both with open fires and televisions and a DVD player. A separate dining room and a fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and very large refrigerator. Utility room with big chest freezer, clothes washing machine and tumble drier. The downstairs cloakroom has a shower & lavatory and there is a games room in one of the adjoining buildings with ping pong table and darts.
Upstairs
Accommodation for up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom. There are two double bedrooms both with king-size beds and two twin bedded rooms.
To request a booking please complete the booking form on the left of this page underneath the calendar. We will then contact you to take a third of the total cost of the payment on a debit card over the phone. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date.
WIFI is available from outside the Estate Office on your own laptops.
